• Books: Refunds are available only within 24 hours of dispatch, provided the product hasn’t been delivered.

• Digital Courses: Once accessed, digital products (videos, PDFs, tests) are non-refundable.

• In case of duplicate payments, contact us for resolution within 7 days.

• Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on location.

• Violations may lead to removal from the community.
